MicroMagic
MicroMagic is a patent pending design by Mitrasena. A simplified fermentation system designed for near farm fermentation units apt for Bio Resource Centres (BRC). It is capable of producing various microbial consortia without the requirement of trained hands. MicroMagic units are supported by central lab for production of low-cost, high-quality microbial products.
This will go a long way in driving higher usage of microbial cultures for a sustainable agriculture eco-system. Consortia can be produced for less than Rs. 20 per ltr.
Simplified fermentation system with no need of Autoclave, Compress or or any other complex or energy intensive processes. Requires just 10 KWH of power for 500 Ltrs batch.
Simple process requres no specialised education. Anyone with common sense can be trained to operate. With technical feed going from central lab, clean water is the only other raw material.
